The property is old. My room smelled funky. I sprayed it two times, even the AC unit. Furniture was old and chipped... like it came from a flea market. Hand towel rack fell down when I removed the towel, and the towel rack in the bathroom was tilted about 30 degrees from being level. It had one giant screw holding it up. I don’t normally complain... but you get what you pay for.
