Everything was perfect -the location, view, room, pools, spa! Don’t stay anywhere else. The hotel also has a cool history.

Great hotel. Second visit and may return for a third time.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The number one issues that we had was parking. Last year when we stayed there was ample parking. This year for whatever reason they decided to implement 9€ parking fee for a section of the parking area inconveniencing guest who have mobility issues and not to mention the set up took away 4 spots! If parking is an issue for staff and hotel guest the staff should be shuttled, thus creating room for paying guest. Additionally the hotel should provide a tag for guests who have cars to be able to get in and out of the parking.

We stayed 1 week bed and breakfast. The hotel was clean and orderly but you could see ware and tear in the rooms. We stayed in a Silver room. The in room music is difficult to figure out and isnt what I would consider a tailored experience as advertised. However the music was adequate. The A/C was terrible. Would not go below 19.5 and wasn't the strongest air flow. Found this difficult to sleep in, for a hot country. Breakfast buffet was the same each day with lots of options however the quality was lacking. This unfortunately detail also included, room service and the splash bar food. However the "3rd Half sports bar" had the best food and service. We were severely dissapointed in the 16th floor bar as the music was terrible, no atmosphere and the price of drinks was atrocious. We had 1 gin and tonic, and 1 whiskey and coke and it was €35. The nightly entertainment in the lobby of the hotel was the highlight of the experience. They showed the world cup matches and had live music. The band Dynamo and singer Paolo was absolutely brilliant. Our room was cleaned daily however we did not recieve a resupply of coffee for 2 days. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but just feel the hotel didn't live up to the hype we were expecting. Although we traveled as a couple I will say there we're loads of families that seemed well catered for in activities.

Everything. The food, the entertainment, the pools and amenities I always stay in Grand Bahia resorts world wide they are the best.
