We highly recommend this hotel for a weekend staycation. Very convenient place, it is close to the Healthcare City Metro Station, Wafi Mall and Creek Park. The staff are amazing, breakfast is great & the room is clean, spacious & comfortable and we’ve tried the calming sauna as well. Special thanks to Kristine for giving us the room at the high floor facing the creek and park - the view is spectacular and for the late check out. Thanks to Chef Diane, Ngu Wah & the whole breakfast team for their excellent customer service. To the Nysa Reception team: Tharaka, Susmitha, Cindy & most specially to Abigail for showing us the amenities at 2nd floor. Last but not least, thanks to the housekeeping team during our stay. Great overall experience

Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, the service was truly impeccable—attentive, warm, and effortlessly professional. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty. The food was equally outstanding. Every meal was a delight, with incredible flavors and beautiful presentation across all the restaurants. And I have to mention the property itself—what a masterpiece of architecture! The sweeping curves, the iconic honeycomb facade, and the way the resort seamlessly blends into the coastline are absolutely breathtaking. . The infinity pools melting into the Gulf views are pure magic. A flawless 5-star experience in every way. We can't wait to return!

Very nice hotel, good water park for children of all ages, rooms had good air con and were cleaned to a high standard. I had an accident whilst at the hotel and staff were very good, had a nurse on site and we were very well looked after

Attentive staff and welcoming. Room was good size with comfortable bed, good views from the south side of the hotel however at time of stay construction site at the north side out the balcony at time of review. Good breakfast options.

Lyxury hotel, great location close to shopping malls and airport, and fantastic value.
