The hotel is so close to Central Station, it is a little confusing how to get in. There’s no big sign on the door and you need to ring the buzzer as the reception wasn’t attended at 3:30 in the afternoon but the gentleman who checked me in was only a minute away. Checking in was easy I did need to provide a credit card even though I had paid in full. I’ve booked a king room and it was on the fourth floor, little surprise there was this weird chandelier but it was very cool, polished cement floors. The room was massive great bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities a little fridge. A table in the room and a bench seat along the window. It was a really comfortable stay, close to China Chinatown with so many great restaurants. There is a Woolworths Metro supermarket so if you need anything very close by one minute walk away. I read some mixed reviews after I booked this place, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Had a great stay, buffet breakfast was great, heated pool was clean with plenty of towels. We had a great 2 nights.

Staff not very friendly and the room was not clean and not cleaned properly

The team were very helpful and accommodating rooms are very nice but the only issue i had was some spider webs on the roof but that doesnt bother me but otherwise very happy and recommended One Golbal Resort Green Square as a great hotel to stay its also great the train station right there and you can get kfc or maccas which is in the infinity square and have a Woolworths Metro nearby A+

Good size, comfortable room. Excellent staff, very good breakfast. One of the best Pet Friendly hotels around.

Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean room. My only complaint was that the bed itself was really soft which offers very little back support. Apart from that, everything else was very good.
