My wife and I have stayed at several InterContinental properties, and our recent stay at your hotel was by far one of the best experiences we have had. What made our visit truly exceptional was your staff. Everyone was remarkably attentive and consistently ensured all of our needs were met.

We paid a "resort fee" and they didn't even serve free coffee in the morning you had to buy it. That was very disappointing and seemed a little ridiculous.
