I usually don’t write reviews, but in this case I feel it’s necessary to share my experience.
The location is simply wonderful. You can walk almost anywhere, and there is parking just around the corner. The breakfast was excellent.
And that’s about all the good things I can say.
The sewage system is a nightmare. There was a terrible fecal smell constantly coming from the floor drain in the bathroom. I asked the staff three times to do something about it. The girls at the reception smiled and were polite, but nothing ever changed.
The phone in the room didn’t work. The TV had no internet connection. There is no minibar in the room, so you have to go all the way to the first floor even if you want a cup of tea or coffee.
The only thing really worth praising is the breakfast. That’s it. Everything else was simply awful.
I stayed in room 402, and I am a real guest who actually stayed at this hotel.
