(1,002 reviews) The room that was assigned to us had issues. Safe wouldn't lock, key for the room had an issue, and the sink drain was an issue. The staff moved us to a different room after two nights. The second room was much better. Thomas was very helpful. When we moved into the second room, my wife realized she left her toothbrush. We called the front desk for a toothbrush, and it took 45 minutes to get a toothbrush! At one point, someone knocked on the door with water! Second room was clean and much better. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant).
