Everything Was all in one place parking restaurants, casino especially for elderly who have difficulty with walking. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and made our weekend getaway special.

The check in staff and front counter were very helpful and professional. The room lacked cleanliness though.

The food at the floor two restaurant is amazing. I always get their hummus and tzatziki when I visit. The rooms are always clean. Staff is always very helpful. I only stay here when in Windsor!

The facility is a college residence during the year and provides inexpensive lodging during the summer. The problem I had as a short person is that the beds are very, very high so that students can store their gear under them. I asked the front desk for a stool and they did not have any. I was able to take a flat chair ( the desk chairs in the room were partial rockers) from the game and was this able to climb into bed. In the morning when we checked out we were told that some rooms have lower beds. They should have looked at me and my husband when we checked in and offered us one of those rooms. And they should have a couple of step stools on hand at the front desk.

Hotel was in really great shape! Best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in! Staff was more than helpful in making sure we got best room for our needs. Breakfast was great and very clean place to eat! Would stay again!
