Clerk at check in was very efficient. Only took about 20 minutes from entering the property to being checked in. Room was clean, smelled of bleach when we first arrived so had the air conditioning running to circulate the air and it cleared pretty quickly.

From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in for a great stay. Sean made the check-in process quick, smooth, and welcoming. He was incredibly friendly and even offered me a welcome drink, which was the perfect way to start celebrating my birthday.
The entire team at Nobu was warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable. A special thank you to Sean for upgrading me to an amazing room on the 14th floor and for surprising me with a birthday cake the following day. it was such a thoughtful gesture that made my celebration even more memorable.
The hotel is so large that I didn't have the chance to enjoy all of the facilities, but everything I did experience was exceptional. I'd also like to thank Joshua, Rheana, and Franca for their outstanding hospitality throughout my stay.
Overall, my stay was a 10/10. The only minor downside was that my card kept being charged during my stay, which was a slight inconvenience. I also wasn't offered assistance with my luggage when leaving for my car. However, these were small issues compared to the outstanding service I received.
Nobu Miami truly lived up to its reputation. It's a hidden gem, and this certainly won't be my last visit. I can't wait to return!
