The hotel was modern and well maintained, the staff were very respectful and helpful. In addition, the breakfast buffet was always well organized and provided us with multiple options. It was an amazing experience. We definitely recommend.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (172 reviews)
The staff were among the nicest I have encountered and the hotel was very clean and decently maintained. I did find some of the pictures/amenities listed a bit misrepresented. There isn't a bar available at all and the restaurant is only open for breakfast. They had irons, but no ironing board. There were no free water bottles, but they did have a water jug on the terrace. The towels were rough and tattered and they didn't have any face/wash cloths. There was absolutely no place to hang anything (hooks, racks, etc), including towels and there were not extra towels or floor mats for use for the balcony jacuzzi and even the closet was only a half closet, so I didn't have anywhere to hang a long dress. The room was small and didn't really have enough floor space even to tuck a suitcase out of the way and no drawers to unpack my stuff into.
