This hotel really is excellent. Beautifully decorated and in fantastic condition, in both our room and all public areas. We were there during the recent heatwave and the air-conditioning in our room really proved its worth. Beyond the building itself, other areas of excellence were the friendly/helpful staff, the complimentary drinks and snacks each day on the patio and the well-stocked mini-bar, also included in the room rate and refilled each day. Location also ideal for the tourist areas around Stephansdom. Best hotel we've used in a very long time.

Everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully designed. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Marvin, the concierge, warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly, efficient, and took the time to show us the hotel and explain the amenities. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and luxurious. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—even my wife, who usually isn’t a fan of hotel buffets, loved it. Our eight-year-old daughter enjoyed it as well. If you’re visiting Vienna for the first time, I highly recommend EST Hotel Palais Chotek. Beautiful hotel, outstanding staff, and an unforgettable experience!

Amazing stay at a perfect hotel that is now at the top of the list of my favorite hotels! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Location is perfect and walkable to all the important sights. However, the staff really put the stay over the top. The moment you arrive until you leave the treatment is top class. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the staff there are top notch as well! I will be back as soon as possible!
