The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Clean room, helpful staff, excellent breakfast

We stayed in a mansion suite which was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a delicious welcome box of Belgian chocolates waiting for us upon arrival. The buffet breakfast was incredible with options for every type of diet and a beautiful dining room. The spa was a lovely way to end the day. The location was ideal, quiet yet walkable distance to everything. I highly recommend this hotel for couples. It may be a little less appealing for a family due to the open shower which does not provide any option for privacy.

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

The hotel is somehow both elegant and cozy. It is perfectly located, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We stayed for 3 nights, and we didn’t want to leave.

Very convenient if coming in using Eurostar. From the train arrival, we were in the hotel within 10 mins. Friendly staff, my room was near corner so larger than average compared to my friends. Very unlikely I’ll be in Lille again but highly recommend anyone who does go to book here.

We had a wonderful stay - the hotel is in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself has friendly, helpful staff and a lovely courtyard garden for coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Rooms have everything you need and a comfortable bed. Would return and highly recommend to others!
