Well place, friendly staff and great environment

The breakfast was average compared to the standard the hotel aims to present. Overall, the price-performance ratio is below expectations. The service was generally okay, and the rooms were good. However, the air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy, outdated, and not up to an acceptable standard. Surprisingly, the furniture in the lower-category rooms was better than in the higher-category room.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The property itself is very tired. The hallway looked like it had not been cleaned and there was plaster flaking off the walls. The noise from outside our room was very loud it felt like the people were in our room.

Nice stay lovely room excellent housekeeping. Knocked a bit off as service in the Italian restaurant and at breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Long waits and food not appearing in time if at all.

Lovely view from the 17th floor. Watched the sunset from my window. The pillows and sheets were nice and soft giving me a restful sleep. The robes and slippers added a nice touch. Will stay again when in Santiago.

Clean and corporate hotel, exactly what you’d expect, very little personality but perfectly comfortable. The pool is indoor. The room was very clean, bed comfortable, good views. The only thing wrong was the handheld shower didn’t stay up, the latch was broken. Good location near the big mall and short walk to metro and bus.

This a charming and unique hotel. The staff, especially Oriana were always kind & helpful. The location is great. Close to many restaurants.
