It was ok except cold and not

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there! We will be back!

The room was nice, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the staff were not very welcoming. They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, and we had to ask for drink vouchers that were supposed to be included. This is not a 5-star hotel. The room also needs maintenance, as the bathroom cabinet door was broken.

Location is excellent so close to everything. Staff are professional in dealing with clients

Just as the images showed, right in the middle of everything with easy walking/bus/ biking.

This is one of my favourite places to stay in Sydney. It’s quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Easy walk to anywhere in the rocks

This is such a cool hotel. Small room doesn’t even feel that small. Comfortable and modern. Staff are really friendly. Well priced too. Highly recommend.

I’ve worked in the travel industry for 20 years and have never received more unreasonable service than from this hotel. I couldn’t make my intended dates so requested to move them. I was explicit about the fact that I didn’t want a refund, I only wanted to amend my dates. They refused and said they “couldn’t” because I was within 30 days of arrival. Hotels have the power to do whatever they want, they absolutely could have moved my dates if they wanted to, they obviously just didn’t want the additional admin. Businesses that hold customers to their T&C’s “just because” is unreasonable. Especially when the hotel wouldn’t have been out of pocket in the slightest. A date change would have taken 2 minutes and they still couldn’t manage it.
