Un lugar excepciona Tiene vistas espectaculares de Cartagena y una playa bonital! El personal es muy bueno, Angie tiene una atención maravillosa y Cristian también muy atento y amable. La habitación muy linda y limpia, aunque a la TV no le llegaba el WiFi, así que no la pudimos usar. El tour a Pau Pau fue muy decepcionante, fue una mala experiencia, aunque eso no dependió mucho de Fénix, pero no lo recomiendo. La playa es muy bonita y cerca de Cartagena, la comida es muy buena, el servicio es lo mejor del hotel, todos son muy amables y atentos, y en general sus instalaciones son muy bien cuidadas e instagrameables. Sin duda volveremos a visitarlos! Muy recomendado!!!

We’ve just returned from Cartagena and feeling throughly charged up again to go ! The Charleston played a huge part in this - the hotel is beautiful and the staff are ABSOLUTELY responsible for the atmosphere, the welcome and hospitality. 5 stars all around. Thank you
