We stayed one night on the ss Rotterdam with 2 kids (16 and 12). Both liked the experience and the water taxi to the MarketHall. Nice change from a standard hotel. The pool unfortunately was closed and the dinner service at Lido (on board restaurant), was fully booked so we ended up at the bar and ate snacks which worked well. There was enough selection that even the pickiest eaters found something. Did not get a chance for the tour but would like to do it in the future. Would recommend staying here.

I want to thank the staff at The Delphi! They went above and beyond to help with railroad failures, ideas of where to go, and always a hello and a smile. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this hotel/townhouse rental. This will be my go to place to stay in Amsterdam. I highly recommend this to travelers because it’s a lovely area that is just a quick jump on the tram to get anywhere but yet you can easily find a great joint around the corner to eat, relax, and people watch. Thank you to the Delphi you helped my adventure in Amsterdam become a Fantastic one!! See you soon

The challenge of the property were the classic Dutch staircase. Very steep and somewhat dangerous with heavy luggage. Otherwise the room was terrific, clean and we were pleased. Would stay again.

It is a great location if you are embarking or disembarking on a cruise. However, it is a bit of a walk into the city (approximately 10-15 minutes). The reception area was very helpful in storing our luggage until the room was ready. The concierge was very helpful as well. When checking in, the receptionist said breakfast was included with our package and the restaurant opened at 7:00 AM. I told her we had to leave at 5:30 AM to catch our flight and she offered to have a box breakfast ready for us at 5:00 AM. I would stay here again.

Five star all the way! The property is over 100 years old and literally the best location in Amsterdam. But what made her stay so amazing was the incredible staff. They made sure every second of our stay was a pleasure and the best it could be. We will definitely be back.

The history and elegance of the property was to notch.

I had a great stay at Ruby Emma Amsterdam and actually returned for the last part of my trip because I had such a positive experience during my first stay. The hotel is modern, stylish, and incredibly high-tech, which made for a unique and seamless experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, and I really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was—it was nice to come back to a peaceful area after spending the day exploring the city. While the hotel isn’t located in Amsterdam’s city center, the metro station is only about a five-minute walk away, making it quick and easy to get wherever you want to go. The only downside was that I visited during the heatwave, and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room as well as I had hoped. Aside from that, everything else was great. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, they were able to hold my ice packs and medication which required refrigeration properly and I appreciated their hospitality. Overall, I had a very positive experience, which is why I chose to come back for the end of my trip. I would definitely stay at Ruby Emma again on my next visit to Amsterdam.

Fabulous hotel, and fabulous location

Staff were extremely helpful,breakfast was excellent and set you up for a day of walking around the sites all close by,and then on returning at the end of the day the best part was Kevin & Brenda the dynamic duo waiting for you in the bar with a refreshing drink and he might sing for you Go raibh mo agat

Clean and large rooms. Free laundry facilities. Less than 5mins from metro/tram stops for a 10-15minute ride into the city centre. Loved the vibe of the place too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities provided in room were top notch.

Lovely boutique hotel. Close to all main museums and restaurants. Rooms are quite small but standard for European hotels. No closet or space for clothes so be prepared to live out of your suitcases. We had a small balcony. The breakfast was ample

Really sweet and helpful staff, but this is an old building so no elevators and if you're on anything higher than the second floor you will be humping your bag up very narrow, steep and curved stairs. The room was cozy, what you would expect from an older European hotel. I would stay there again because it's very central to a lot of the historic area, which was convenient.
