First the light in washroom continuously blinking, I complained in the reception, I have to get down to complain, phone was not working, fridge is broken. The reception it’s confirmed the technician will see and check in the morning, but nothing was done. Towels only one, it’s 2 ppl was booked in one room. I almost tripped in the hallway, the road is better than their hallway.literally it’s true. The worst one was the sink and shower drain clogged.we are so disappointed 😒😏😖
