Great Hotel. Would stay again

This was an amazing hotel, great location, clean rooms and a great breakfast spread

Lobby staff was very helpful in directions for the tram which stops right outside the door. Easy to get to Temple Bar and much cheaper than a taxi or paying to park.

Excellent breakfast option, eggs, meats, cheese, fruit, pastries, yogurt, juices. Waffles, pancakes, champagne, coffees

Nice hotel for a long layover. Use the digital key to go straight to your room without a wait. Only wish the airport shuttle was free and more frequent. I’m a gold member and didn’t get my perks since I used the digital key though.

This hotel is in a fantastic location - right in the heart of all the things to do and see in Copenhagen. Everything is walkable, and you're right on Nyhavn canal. Our only criticism was we were a bit unlucky with rooms. The first night we were in 530 (all the 30 rooms are the same) immediately next to the elevator/lift. The noise was going all the time, late at night, early in the morning. The mechanisms for the lift were virtually right next to the bed. We asked to be moved, which we were, to the other building for our second night. And that room had some weird plumbing / water gurgling sound almost constantly too. The hotel is otherwise great, good breakfast etc, but don't be afraid to move rooms if the noise is bad.

The staff, the staff, the staff. Premier location, an exceptionally elegant facility, but its superiority nonetheless began and ended with the staff. In years of travel we have never been so welcomed and well-cared for as here. We planned a rigorous quick-hit visit to London (my wife’s first) before traveling on. At the end of each busy day we found ourselves eagerly looking forward to returning to the Executive Lounge.

Nice room, comfy beds, friendly staff, plenty of communal areas/bar options, fun activities. Would visit again.

Like that it is close to the airport, hate that it is far from Paris.

Nice place by central railway station. Clean with good room and bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. You get your monies worth.

The cozy hour from 5-6pm every evening was a highlight. Very centrally located and the staff were welcoming and helpful. A wonderful place!
