Roda Island Cheap Vacations

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in our trip. I started there 3 years ago when it was just building and decided to give it another try. The hotel is finished now and is really nice for its price range. We moved there from a more expensive hotel and liked it much more. Stylish room, great breakfast, a small pool to refresh from the heat with the pyramids view. I can definitely recommend it

Omg this hotel is unreal! From the location, staff, amenities, restaurant, decor, I can go and on. Super clean and chic, it’s really a gem in Cairo! Loved every second we spent at the property!

Airport transfer to hotel with Ahmed was excellent. He was so informative, it was like being with a tour guide. Hotel is small and on a very busy, noisy, dirty main road. All the staff were lovely and thank you to Mido for making us feel so welcome. Breakfast is delicious and sitting on the rooftop terrace with a view of the pyramids was amazing. Do not have high expectations of the hotel. It is small and in need of redecorating, just needs repainting everywhere and a few things fixed - like both TVs in our room did not work and our towel rail was hanging off the wall. But the rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. We used the provided ear plugs, to block out the constant noise of the beeping traffic, which you hear all over Cairo, and we all slept really well. Air con was great. Note that there is no lift, so my 81 year old mother had to climb the flights of stairs to the third floor each time. It was ok for us. I would recommend this place for the breakfast, the staff and the beautiful view. If you want luxury, go elsewhere and pay more money.

We stayed at Veda Hotel for 5 days during our current world trip, and after staying in many hotels around the world, this hotel honestly stands out as one of the best in terms of value for money. It may not be a super luxurious 5-star hotel, but considering the price we paid, we truly felt like we received service and treatment far beyond that value. The staff were always kind and welcoming, the breakfast was very good, and the location was excellent for exploring the city. If you are a traveler who cares about good value and reasonable prices, I highly recommend this hotel. There is also a small convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which was very convenient for buying water and small daily necessities. The prices were honest and fair with no tourist overcharging, and the people there were very kind as well. A special thank you to Mohsen at the reception. He treated us like family from the moment we arrived and always tried his best to help us with anything we needed. Thanks to his kindness and hospitality, we were able to enjoy our trip even more and leave with wonderful memories. Thank you again for making our stay in Cairo so comfortable and memorable.
