Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere I’d definitely stay again. Only downside, only parking onsite available is $55 valet parking. And, I wanted to iron my tank top and as soon as I put the iron on my tank top, it stuck and pulled the fabric off, so I threw the top away. Luckily, I had another but I’ve never had that happen before. Great view from the restaurant also.

Not quite as luxe as the price point would suggest. Weak AC, uncomfortable bed.

Clean walkable any where in downtown and same building has other Restarent and monorail

Loved its urban location. Great for walking to tourist locations and restaurants. Even for the ferry to Bainbridge Island. Loved the lobby on the edge of the water.

They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well.

Had a fantastic time at the Fairmont Olympic - the staff were lovely. The highlight was the hotel bar - fantastic drinks and service and a great atmosphere. It was the perfect place for our girls weekend away.

I've stayed at this property several times over the years, it was a favorite in Tacoma. Common areas need an update, carpets are worn, broken glass in elevators, etc. Room didn't have an iron or ironing board, would have expected for a business/convention type hotel. Had booked a mountain view room, was put in a lower street view room. Didn't bother to complain, as front desk staff seemed preoccupied and not very friendly and I was too tired to move again. Probably won't stay there again.

Frustrating having a fridge for left overs, but no micro to warm them when you wanted them Only restaurant with decent food was Puyallup cafe. We were told when we checked in the hat tacis were always waiting downstairs. We were given 4 different directions to find them. No taxi. Security called twice and a taxi after an hour just showed up to hopefully be needed. The call was never activated. After waiting an hour we missed the wedding we're going to. Very funny ustrating
