Isla Caja de Muertos Cheap Vacations

So my first stay was friday 22-23 of Jan. That stay was nice and I decided to booked again since it was a lay over for my return home. Second stay not so nice! I appreciate being able to check in early and the location is good. However, I text staff several times about there being no hot water for the shower as well as, the wifi not connecting to the tv. There was no response, When i checked out I told the receptionist that I had text several times about the issue. She took a note, said someone would look into it and asked was there anything else she could help me with!

The room was exactly as it was pictured! The rain shower was an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend to others looking to travel to PR. It was in close proximity to several dining establishments, the beach and a short drive to Old San Juan. The concierge, hostess, front desk attendant Jess was super friendly and helpful. The only bummer, the on-site restaurant is under renovation.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean and smelling good. The personal is very attentive and friendly. My husband and I visit the comfort suite at least 4 times per year and the experience is always great. We love the breakfast.

One of the best hotels in PR

Wow... everything was perfect! The lobby, the staff, the rooms, the amenities, the layout, the kids' pool and adult pool, the clean beach, and perfect drinks! All of the staff from the casino, spa to bellman were extremely kind and caring. The restaurants were also wonderful! We will be back!

The staff was great from Abi at check-in to Natalie in the afternoon. Steps to the beach ! Get the lobster roll .

The room was beautiful. The staff were even more beautiful! I had an amazing experience with the following staff members - management like Kritzty and Armando. And front desk like Jenny, Ari, and Marisa. The rooftop attendant, Javier was such a kind person. Overall I was treated very special! I look forward to be reunited with the rooms and staff again!
