I had a terrible stay at the property. The property lost power while we were out to dinner. I got back to our room found out there is no power and called property manager but she did not pick up the phone. Only text me back via WhatsApp stated there is power outage and only a few houses got affected and she did not know when the power will be back up. I asked her for alternative plan but no response. It is not & humid, we cannot stay in the room. She did not even offer any apology for inconvenience. Just plain ignore the whole situation. At 8:00pm the power got restored, no apology offered. I can’t imagine anyone going on vacation without electricity for a bit more than 2 hours in hot & humid Galapagos, Ecuador.
So, stay away from this property.
