We were on a girls' trip (4 girls in their early 40's from all over the US) and we would stay back here in a heartbeat if returning to Charleston in the future. The hotel has such a welcoming atmosphere - it's stylish, modern, clean and the staff are wonderful! Not to mention the on site coffee shop and restaurant are both incredible and food and Bev quality were outstanding! We went on a girls' trip for the weekend and were looking for place for 4 of us to be together. The two-king suite was the most perfect set-up with two private bedrooms and a shared bathroom - couldn't ask for more! And it was cheaper than getting two separate rooms anywhere else. Highly recommend this hotel!!!! Even though the weather during our trip was a bit chilly, the hotel made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. After a long day of travel, the staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and eager to help. The staff had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave great recommendations for places to visit and things to do around Charleston. One of the highlights of the trip was visiting the spa. I booked a massage and it was fantastic, relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed after a day of exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality, beautiful property, and exceptional service made our stay memorable. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Bennett to anyone visiting Charleston.
