Upolu Cheap Vacations

Very relaxing and peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms are so spacious, had it's own kitchen with a o ern and stove, utensils and pots and pans. No need to spend much on takeway but can cook own food. Air con was cold. Staff were helpful, and welcoming.I would recommend this beautiful place to all my families and friends. Fair price as well.

A Few Suggestions for Improvement I appreciated the opportunity to stay at your hotel and support a local family-owned business with such a longstanding history in your community. I would like to share a few observations that I hope will be helpful in enhancing the guest experience: * Housekeeping: There was no housekeeping service during my stay, nor were there any instructions provided on how housekeeping arrangements or requests are handled. * Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi password seemed to change without prior notice. A simple notification to guests whenever the password changes would be helpful. * Bathroom Fixtures: The toilet seat in Room #4 is noticeably aged and needs immediate replacement to improve the room’s overall appearance and comfort. * Towels: The towels appeared quite worn and would benefit from being replaced with newer ones. I share these observations with good intentions and hope they are received as constructive feedback. Knowing that this is one of the longstanding local family businesses, I would love to see it continue to grow, improve, and preserve its place in your community. Thank you for the accommodation, and I wish your business continued success!
