Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or weekend could impact service quality, as the hotel did not seem adequately equipped to deliver the level of service it aims to provide. There is a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable furniture. Absolutely excellent accommodations. For myself, I would appreciate a hand held shower head, a magnifying mirror (attached to the wall or in a drawer) and better pillows…maybe a choice of feather? I assume some people are allergic. Location is close to the main highway, grocery stores, and trailheads. Overall, I would go back and also recommend Villas of Sedona. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay!
