Clean nice hotel the workers were very helpful will stay again

Staying at the Scottsdale Hyatt was great. The staff were extremely helpful for suggestion options to go out, where to eat, and staying safe on the heat.

One of the most wonderful stays my husband and I have ever had! The staff was wonderful! David and Taylor especially so. It is our thirtieth anniversary and they treated us like a king and queen! The rooms are so luxurious and the amenities were top notch! We will be back !!!

Beautiful place to stay!

The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or weekend could impact service quality, as the hotel did not seem adequately equipped to deliver the level of service it aims to provide.

Already looking forward to next time! Grounds and room were perfect for relaxing, we loved the outdoor patio space. Gym was clean and well maintained. Staff was cheerful and always helpful. Love that the bar also had lattes etc (for purchase) on property.

Wonderful experience at the Creekside Inn. Breakfast was really good. It’s located in a good location in Sedona to see everything. five stars.

We loved our stay! The one bedroom suite was very spacious and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The location was excellent for all of the hikes, shopping and restaurants. It was quiet, clean and staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub also.
