The hotel was a great find. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little out of the way from anywhere else so having a hire car was great and it was a good base for visiting both Cagliari and Villasimius. Thank you for a great stay.

This is probably the most unique hotel I have ever stayed in. If you like that, this is the place for you. The whole space down to the little details were amazing. Location is fantastic. Room was comfortable. We did have a problem when we got there, not sure if it was us or how we missed it but we specifically chose this hotel because it said there is valet parking. When we arrived, there was not valet parking, and they told us we needed to arrange that prior to our arrival and they would hire a service to park our car. We ended up having to park a few blocks away at a public parking lot, which was ok but a hassle. Be aware that you need to pre-book valet if you want that service. Otherwise this hotel was fantastic in every way.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful — very spacious, full of greenery and flowers, and everything was impeccably clean. Both pools were spotless and very well maintained. There is a lovely path to the beach, only about a 100-meter walk, very pleasant and relaxing. For anyone who prefers not to walk, the hotel also provides electric carts to take you there. At the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers were already waiting for us, which made the experience even better. What truly made this place special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. Always smiling, always attentive, and every day they checked in to see if we needed anything. What touched us the most was that they somehow found out it was my birthday without me mentioning it, and they surprised me with a handwritten card and a small gift. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended, and we would gladly come back.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and staff just goes out of their way to help. Fantastic team of professionals with great sense of humour. I want to thank again for making my birthday so special. Incredible experience at this wonderful hotel. Even though we arrived pretty early, they were able to check us in to one of our rooms right away. They also generously upgraded our other room. The location of the property is very central and within walking distance to all the main points of interest in Cagliari as well as many great stores to shop, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel itself was formerly a palace so there’s some pretty cool history to it and impressive architecture, while still having amenities with the latest technology and contemporary style. The rooms (more accurately suites) were very spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. They also had balconies to take in the lovely view of the city and sea the hotel boasts. The real highlight of our stay, though, was the amazing staff. Isabella at reception warmly greeted us at check in and personally escorted us to our room. She also asked us a lot of good questions so she could then make recommendations of places to go and things to do based on our interests, all of which were on point. They even gave us a map that they made their notes for us on! The bell desk and servers in the restaurant were also extremely friendly and attentive. Speaking of the restaurant, their breakfast is to die for. Everything we had (which was quite a bit) was delicious. I believe they’re included on the Michelin guide, so that tells you something. Big thank you to the hotel for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.
