Beautiful hotel in a great location. We were upgraded on arrival which was great and the staff at reception were friendly and professional. I had a slight issue with my card but the staff were very patient and courteous.
Barfood was lovely, coffee area at reception is great and we loved the snug bar.
Decor and vibes are what strikes you first but it's the staff that make the difference. Will definitely be back.

The rooms and carpets are very tired. The bed was comfortable and everywhere is spotless. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. They had a broken gutter outside our window which was very annoying as it rained heavily, but we reported it and hopefully maintenance have now repaired it.
