The property had beautiful grounds. However, they’re very strict about quiet hours. During check-in, the representative spoke so fast because it seemed that she did not want to explain the rules and policies of the hotel so we missed half of the information that was “explained to us.” There was plenty of parking, which is a plus, however they charge for parking per night which due to the high cost of the hotel, you would expect parking to be included or bike rentals because you’re also paying for resort fees. Overall the cost of the hotel does not represent what you would expect you get from the hotel.

The only downside was the pillows. They were lumpy. Other than that, it was great.

Great hotel minutes from Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey. The room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to make good use of the 24hr tea/coffee facilities and the heated pool. There is also a microwave in the communal area. Parking was plentiful (both at ground level and underground). I would recommend this hotel and would stay again on a return visit to Monterey.
