Overpriced. I honestly think this hotel charges so much purely because they have a spa and golf course, the rooms certainly don't reflect the price.

The grounds around the property were so lovely. Had nice walking paths that overlooked the Rotten Caulder River and small waterfalls. Serve tea in the castle every afternoon and you can choose in which public room you would like to be served. Mine was in the library. Breakfast was quite good.

The family had a great time

It is the most beautiful hotel - unlike any other. You have to see it to believe it. I have stayed in plenty of fancy places but this is far superior and not all that expensive. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Hotel. Kyle, Isla and team very welcoming. Easy walking distance to the beach and town centre. Perfect for heading into the highlands for fishing etc. Drawing room and library nice to relax in and the menu and food was first class. Look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful small hotel. Bright, clean, spacious. Staff friendly, helpful, and authentic. Would highly recommend this hotel.

C’est un très bel hôtel, surtout si vous voulez dormir dans un château en Ecosse.

Excellent hotel and management who managed to efficiently resolve the initial issues we had.

Room we were allocated was poor. No room safe, no slippers, broken bath panel. Room was stuffy and required a good airing
