8/10 Very good! (2,708 reviews)
EXITOS

We didn't like the water park. The adults wanted to be in the pool while our grandson wanted to use the slides. The adults had to wait in the hot son while he enjoyed the slide. It was a bad setup. The floors in the pools were so rough. My feet are still hurting.
Our concierge talked to us on the first day and said see would make our reservations for the different restaurants. She never made them for us. We made them on our own only to have problems using the QR codes. I do not like using QR codes for the menus. Paper menus are better.
Room snacks were not replenished daily.

This was the most perfect place to stay for our Honeymoon. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Well maintained and very clean. The staff made us feel like family. Everyone was so nice. We already cannot wait to plan our next trip back to Finest.
