Rooms are big and clean. The coffee at the lobby is great. Easy to get to town via the metro just a short 2 min walk.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Estherea. From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. The hotel manages to feel quaint, elegant and full of old-world Amsterdam charm while still having all the modern amenities you want. The décor is absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully coordinated. Sitting in the library and lobby areas almost feels like stepping back in time, but in the best possible way. Our room overlooking the canal was gorgeous, and the bed was incredibly comfortable so comfortable that my husband and I unintentionally slept until 10 a.m. one morning! 😂 We also loved the complimentary coffee and light snacks available in the lobby throughout the day. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the hotel feel even more welcoming. The staff were attentive, warm and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk out of the hotel and immediately feel like we were in the heart of Amsterdam, while the hotel itself still felt intimate and peaceful. Even something as simple as sitting on the benches outside the hotel, watching people and life along the canal, became one of those little moments we really enjoyed. Hotel Estherea isn’t a generic hotel it has personality, history and warmth. Between the canal views, beautiful interiors, comfortable rooms, lovely common areas and attentive staff, it really added something special to our time in Amsterdam.

Convenient location near Amsterdam Centraal, and a very nice hotel. Our premium room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right for our comfort. The shower was well supplied and not too small (like many others experienced elsewhere).

Exceptional hotel. Well located and all that you could have wished for.

Good location hotel but had a few issues with room cleaning and faulty shower repaired twice management was quite good at sorting issues

Property close to public transportation. Had to request new door keys numerous times because they didn’t work. Road work prevented access to train station and taxi/uber rides
