Loved everything about this place except the cleanliness was a bit off

Room was nice and clean. Staff Isabel was very nice and accommodating. The staff first day was not so helpful. I didn’t get her name. The bar staff was not very good. Waited for a drink for 10 minutes. The bartenders never even acknowledged us. We left. It was convenient and clean. Room was comfortable.

Great location and parking. Although there was a slight issue at check in, the staff was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. The condo was very clean and in close proximity to the pool. Great area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping. My only con would be to upgrade tvs in the bedroom.

The Riverwalk was beautiful. We saw a couple of dolphins! Downtown was no within walking distance so that was the only setback.

Room was clean. I booked a river side room and was put in a cityside, when I reminded them they changed it. View was breathe taking. 😀 Had to pay for parking which I had never had to do before 😞 should be included with your stay? Then I was under the understanding that buffet breakfast was included and was brought a bill for $42, for some scrambled eggs, bacon and yogurt for me and a yogurt, bacon a piece of sausage for my grandaughter? $42 ???? Location and view is not worth that, sorry.

The property is very nice and well situated in town. Breakfast was nice and the bar next door was fun. While I understand it is old and maybe difficult to handle certain aspects, the musty smell and apparent mold in the bathroom was unpleasant. However maybe this isn’t the case in the newer rooms.

Just OK. Somewhat dated property.

Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach. Everything in the Inn was in top shape, and a lot of thought clearly went into making the guests comfortable. Umbrellas when it rained. A glass of wine in the afternoon. Plenty of places to sit witha book or other activity.
