I’ve stayed 4 other times. It’s a beautiful property. Amenities are very nice. Golf, gym, pools all great. I don’t eat at hotels so I can’t say anything about that. We typically eat locally or St. Augustine.
The the room kitchenette could use a spruce up. Bed was comfortable.
Would definitely go back

Room not what was advertised and expected. Clean and tastefully decorated though. But lesser than expected. Staff needs more training. Substandard service considering the resort. Dinner options extremely limited. Dining room doesn’t serve dinner???? Do you want a sandwich for dinner? Then you’re all set. Enjoyed the island and the ambiance and the history. Driftwood Beach a must see. Stayed 4 nights. Now been there, done that.

Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.
