Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

TV didn’t work, called the concierge, no one came to the room. Check in was not organized, and I paid Valet twice , with cash at check in and since it was no record of the cash payment, I had to pay again with my card
