Very nice and clean

Staff was awesome and helpful

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Nice room for the price. Price has gone up recently making it not my next choice.

Clean, quiet, beautiful landscaping and prime location.

Excellent staff, clean room, fantastic onsite restaurants.

Pros: excellent location, excellent front desk staff, nice pool area, elevators very quick Cons: resort fee charged $50/day, expensive food/drinks, inattentive housekeeping services, had to pay to rent for many lounge chairs around the pool We did not get housekeeping for the first two days of our stay and had to call to get towels replaced and garbages emptied. They told us they would be there by 9 am next day to clean, then didn’t arrive until late afternoon. A lot to pay for services rendered.

Walls are thin so you hear the other people in the room which was unpleasant room was clean and not smelly

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.
