Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the amenities great. All things thought of for all ages, the spa, the pool, the games room and the ball pit. Truly something for everyone. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Brugge and have access to a car or the coastal tram for beaches and sights.

Stayed 2 nights facing the river room. Very roomy and AC was working really nice, as Europe was experiencing unusual heat wave. Location is one of the best place to stay.

Nous avons eu un superbe séjour dans ce lieu empreint du passé et préservé par le patrimoine. L’hôtesse d’accueil était très gentille et serviable ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel. Nous avons profité du petit jardin intérieur en prenant un verre, ainsi que quelques jeux à notre disposition dans le lobby bar. Dans notre chambre nous avions : l’air climatisé, une petite boîte de chocolat et plusieurs essentiels pour l’hygiène. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour préserver le patrimoine et cela est parfait. Vue sur le canal et secteur tranquille :-)

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

Always a wonderful establishment with staff that go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Great location and great gym!

We stayed in an 'annex' across the road from the main hotel. Whilst the entrance to the annex felt very uninviting, the room itself was perfectly acceptable. We had booked for 3 adults - there was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a small outside area which suited the one of us who is a smoker! The air conditioning was very welcome because there was a heatwave, nearing 40C. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate if not too elaborate. Would recommend and would stay there again. The location was good.
