Nice hotel, great position at the top of O’Connell street.
Comfortable room with everything you need. One thing which was a real pain was the tv. The TV itself was completely encased in a wooden-framed mirror. Once you turned the TV on it speared through the one-way mirror. The big issue with this setup was (and this was explained to me when I phoned reception to say the tv didn’t work) is that you had to stand next to the tv and point the remote to the rear of the bottom right corner of the TV! So the remote couldn’t be used from any other part of the room.
When I asked about this at reception they just shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn’t do anything about it.

We shared a family room on the first floor at the front of the hotel for two nights. The room and en-suite were a great size and perfect for us. The hotel was lovely and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel bar was pleasant with music on both evenings. The hotel is across the river from the Temple Bar and in walking distance of a lot of places. It was noisy outside on a night so consider that when booking but that’s no reflection on the hotel and noise is common in most city centres.

"Couldn’t fault the staff, all friendly and welcoming. Bedroom was clean and comfortable for a nights stay.
