I stood in line for over an hour. Half of that time there were two attendants not helping anyone. No one informed me of the cap in the pool and that attendant ran over and yelled at me. It’s also not one your welcome paper.

What’s the point of having a concierge number when no one picks up?we would then go downstairs and there would be 3-4 staff members sitting at the front desk bored and not doing anything at all. Several times we had to call over either missing items in the room (or lack of ) or the room not being cleaned in a timely manner. You can do better
