Hotel with a pool in a city is great. I will be back. City break with a pool holiday feel to it. It would have been a fantastic looking hotel inside in its hay day. You can only see the remains of what used to be fountains inside and water ways. It would be less affordable due to the upkeep, so i'm being a bit picky. However, we had a lovely time in July 26. The pool to cool down was just what you need on a hot day. The city of Seville is amazing, and only a short uber ride away from the hotel. And you can walk into the centre of Seville, we did one day, if its not too hot. We went to see Jameriqui at the plaza espanol which was fantastic amongst other places we visited. Stayed 3 nights. Could not fault the hotel, food or staff and value for money. Albeit we just had breakfast, so many restaurants in Seville. Parking is good too, we were parked underneath the hotel.

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

The aparthotel itself was a real win for our family. The room was generous, well laid out, and having the extra living space made a big difference over a standard hotel room. After a long day of walking Seville, it was nice to come back somewhere we could actually spread out. Location was the standout. We were within easy walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to see, which meant no taxis and no wasted time getting in and out of the center. For a first visit to Seville, this is exactly where you want to be. Service was inconsistent. A few staff members were welcoming and genuinely helpful. Others were noticeably curt and made simple requests feel like an imposition. It stood out because the rest of the experience was so good, and it is the one thing management should look at. Overall we would still recommend it for the space and the location. Just know the front desk experience may depend on who is working that day.

The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four.

We had side Seaview immaculate room 1 bed apartment. Food was varied some foods were cold. Checkin quick. Gardens and pool sensational. The only letdown was the bar area inside with the plastic chairs no atmosphere
