Joe Island Cheap Vacations

N/A I won't book again. I have been to better resorts. For the money they charge I had torn curtains in my room and sugar ants and s stopped up tub that I had to call the maintenance

Clean and a great location. Very noisy as you can hear the guest conversations in the units next to you. Tons of Amazon packages at the front door can make it hard to access. Hangers in the closet would be nice. Bathroom was clean but so small the tp kept getting wet when you showered.

The Jade House is in an excellent location only a block from the beach and short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Communication with the management company was difficult through Expedia. Even when I called directly, one of the three client service agents was not helpful whatsoever. However, once I was given the number to text, communication was much better. The pool/ hot tub area is perfect. The house is very comfortable. Only decks are narrow (only stand); ocean view is from one of theses.

I would recommend this hotel primarily for the location, proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. And the pool was nice. On the down side, the tub drain was clogged with hair (yuck) and the washing machine didn’t work so we had to take our dirty laundry to a laundromat (not ideal). We also had to constantly empty a dehumidifier. The bathroom was quite small. The interior was nothing special.

Need to use fabric softener because towels like sand paper

The room and location were amazing! The pool being closed at sunset, along with the bathroom, was not optimal. We wanted to use the pool/hot tub in the evening after a day out and found it closed. Then we went to the bar and met people from another resort who left due to the bathroom being closed because the pool was closed(?). Jake(Bartender) and Katherine(Front desk) were awesome!!
