Brilliant hotel. Loved it.

I stayed for six nights in June. The location is unbeatable, right by the Tyn church. Also, breakfast had a great variety of selections. However, there was a night where the hot water was not working so had to take a cold shower the next morning as there was no overnight technician available. Wi-fi was also occassionally slow especially at night. Also, the towel holder in the bathroom broke so had to be fixed the next day. Breakfast staff was good and Otto at the front desk was helpful when I arrived. The hotel elevator (only one) was also slow given the age so had to take the stairs most of the time. Room was cleaned everyday which was good.

The Emblem was in the prime location of Old Town Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean! Housekeeping lady was very sweet and attentive if we needed anything. Overall stay 10/10 my only gripe is the keys to get into room and gate can sometimes be a pain. Other than that, no complaints!

It was easy to find, easy to check in, and somewhat easy to find the room.

Excellent location, central to everything. I liked the idea if water jugs on every floor, no plastic bottles

Great location for walking or taking the transit to activities. Clean rooms that were comfortable and a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff are lovely and helpful.

Mattress was shot (springs gone), shower couldn’t hold a temperature. Breakfast reasonably good but coffee not good.
