Best place to stay in Interlaken . We loved our stay

Fabulous location! It is just a short walk to Interlaken Ost station, making it so easy to visit Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen. There is also a Coop supermarket right across the street. ​The apartment is huge, very clean, and has a separate laundry room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the amenities are complete. We especially appreciated the bidets and Qibla direction, which are very helpful for Muslim travelers. ​Highly recommended for anyone exploring the Jungfrau region!

Hotel staff and their manager needs to be more guest centric and approachable for guest needs. I had requested their shuttle to pick me up from Interlaken OST station but they didn’t respond initially for a few days and on the last day prior to my arrival, they responded they will arrange pick up but never confirmed my arrival time or any other details. Upon arrival, person who checked me in, said they check guest msgs every shift (which was not the case), dishonest response ruined our experience from the beginning. We had to walk with our luggage bags from train station to hotel and upon arrival their were not even apologetic about mess up. Front desk guy and their manager with bad attitude, I would not stay here again as I would spend this much money somewhere else. Their breakfast in the morning was best part, omelette was extra charge, $10 Swiss franks.

Great location close to train station. Breakfast had great variety of food.

Very nice hotel, great restaurant and friendly staff. The perfect hotel for a weekend getaway with amazing view of the mountains. This part of Switzerland is magnificent and I’m glad we spent time in Poschiavo.
