Clean room, staff was great!

First class in every aspect

the rooms are spartan. concrete floor with small rug. Bed was pretty good, shower decent. Room felt clean. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4p. rooms are big. Front staff were didn't seem to care or want to be there. Its a decent hotel, but I'll try somewhere else next time.

Room was clean, and breakfast was great! Great charm. Staff were excellent. Gym was lacking. Would return!

Loved the balcony/patio. Staff was friendly. Would have been five stars, however, they slapped a surprise $100 on my credit card. They explained this was some kind of fee that is paid outside of Expedia. I had no problem with that, it would’ve just been nice to know and not find out by surprise when reviewing my credit card statement. I was told I should have been informed at check-in, however, I was not. I put my credit card down for incidentals, and there was no mention of any additional fees that would be charged to it. When I called to inquire about this, they said they would give me a partial refund. This was enough to stop me from wasting any more time fighting the issue, but it’s not enough to make me want to go back. The property is nice, I’m just not a big fan of surprise charges.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had we paid $50-$60 for parking left briefly to go eat Dinner and came back and they had the gate locked and said we couldn’t park there because it was full. This is after we already paid for the parking and we were told tough luck and to figure it out the service was beyond rude and an awful overall experience. The service was beyond rude and an awful overall experience.
