Outstanding hotel from which to explore the immense beauty of Charleston. Staff were all so fantastic from helping us check in early, to restaurant recommendations to facilitating our bag storage while we checked out and went to tour College of Charleston (reason for our trip). Rooms were very comfortable - spacious, nice linens, very clean. Hotel design is beautiful. Highly recommend.

It was we were the most important people there. From the greeting at the desk to the help withe luggage. Stepping into our room was like a dream. So classic and classy. Elegant and big. Everything was thought of. From the personal note/thank you to the bottle of champagne and delicious coconut cake. Fantastic is an understatement. Can't wait to get back here.

This was the prettiest and most comfortable suite Maybe that I have ever stayed. It was extremely well done and breakfast was delicious.

Best hospitality of any hotel I've ever stayed. Spacious, clean, quiet rooms with luxurious linens and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.The bathroom was also tops with thick soft towels and the best smelling lotion and wash/soap but most importantly, the water pressure was amazing! Turndown service each night, with bottled water and fresh chocolate chip cookies, so yummy. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. If I am being picky, only 2 things I would change: 1. a very small closet (fine for 3 days) and a very high bar - I could not reach it but I used the robe hooks to hang my things. 2. the lighting in the bathroom by the mirror should be stronger. Both things are not that important to me so I still give this hotel a perfect score of 5 stars! I highly recommend it and would stay there again if traveling to Charleston. Luisa is the best!

Small, dark room. Very noisy ( the 7th floor was shaking at 7:30am on Saturday, when the yoga event started). At $1,000 a night one should expect more.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bennett in Charleston, South Carolina. Even though the weather during our trip was a bit chilly, the hotel made the entire experience feel warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. After a long day of travel, the staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was kind, attentive, and eager to help. The staff had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave great recommendations for places to visit and things to do around Charleston. One of the highlights of the trip was visiting the spa. I booked a massage and it was fantastic, relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed after a day of exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality, beautiful property, and exceptional service made our stay memorable. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Bennett to anyone visiting Charleston.

The hotel was extremely well thought out from decor to the courtyard dining. We enjoyed the coffee and tea available on our floor. All staff members were friendly. The desk staff gave us an extension/late checkout for a fee. Will recommend.
