The stay was ruined by the check in,which took well over an hour because of a computer outage. Everything could have been smoothed over by just offering the guests something for their inconvenience like maybe a free breakfast or some refund. But not from this company! The bottom line is always profit. Even the bottles of water are only free for guests belonging to repeat stay program. All others must pay a rather high $3 fee. No thanks! Oh,and the Wi-Fi worked badly( when it worked at all) during our weekend stay. And the coffeemaker did not work either! I’m pretty sure I’ll bypass this company’s hotels when I make my next booking. You really failed miserably.
