This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Bilbao. The room was excellent and the staff were really helpful throughout. Yes, it is a short walk down to the old town but taxis are cheap and there is a metro nearby. Didn't use the pool as we were too busy in Bilbao but it was nice and lots of people in it. Would definitely come back.

This was a nice and reasonably priced hotel. Staff was friendly and my bed was comfortable. Best is it is two blocks from the funicular with a grocery right there at Funicular plaza.

"Everything was perfect except the AC got shut down at night making it hot and unable to sleep. On informing the staff they told they would take care of it. However, the next day it was naturally cold, and we did not have to use the AC"

"The room was so hot whereas the communal areas were cool and air conditioned. We had a lot of ants in our room. Due to the heat we all slept badly. The staff were however lovely and very helpful with our onward travel."
