After traveling in Switzerland for 14 days, I opt for a hotel that was near the train station. A 5 minute walk with suitcase was what made me book this hotel and what a relief that was. With four persons in my party and four suitcases it was difficult to book an Uber, so I’m so glad that this hotel was nearby. I would definitely book here if I am staying in Zürich again.

The hotel is located very closely to the lake Zurich and close to the Old Town where the shopping and restaurants are. The hotel does not have A/C which is very hard to sleep or stay in the room when the temperature outside is over 20’s C. Also, there is no coffee or tea in the room.

This felt quite a basic hotel with minimal staff to help with check in. The room was very small and there was no air conditioning, we arrived during a heatwave so that aspect was not good. On the other hand it was quiet, and just a 5 minute walk to the main train station.

Staff were outstanding; Malak and Shahin were such a joy and treat at the front desk! The views from property where outstanding and breathtaking. End of the property driveway to one can buy a street an buy tram/bus tickets to take you short ride into city center. The zoo is just right next door, although didn't get a chance to go, so many wonderful things to do! Malik and Shahin
