Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a modern, luxurious atmosphere. Our room was beautiful, spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable with amazing attention to detail. Everything in the mini bar is available for free and they refill it every day! I felt pampered the whole time and the king size bed was almost a cal king bed (which is not common in Europe) so we loved it!
The location was perfect for exploring Salzburg, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Every interaction with the staff was friendly and professional,
One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had — I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Truly a 5-star experience in every way!
