Czechia Cheap Vacations

Misleading descriptions and poor value for money My stay here fell far short of expectations. The room quality and furnishings felt cheap given the price, and the website description isn't an accurate representation of what you actually get. Furthermore, I had to request the VIP promotions I was owed, as they weren't provided automatically. Most frustrating was the advertised "spa services"—in reality, this just means someone will turn the sauna on for you if asked, despite marketing materials suggesting a full spa offering. Disappointing experience overall. The decor in my room was tired, with smoke drifting up from down below. There was no WiFi offered.

Gorgeous hotel! Quite large. Very high ceilings. Everything is spacious and beautifully decorated. I will stay here again.

The Grandior is centered close to many attractions you would like to see in Prague. Walk to the Charles bridge or the clock tower. There is many very good restaurants close to the hotel and the breakfast in the hotel offers many options. the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is much bigger then what it lets on to be. If I were going back to Prague, I would not think twice of staying at the Grandior again

The Hotel is well past it's prime, the exterieur and entrance has been completely neglected and not maintained. The interior is tired very dated and worn. The service is very poor, the staff are untrained at providing even minimal service and have very little knowledge about the area. Breakfast was the worst experience, took 4 calls to room service and arrived hours late, and horrible quality, cold and disgusting food..

The hotel is in a Central location, not quiet where you think

Not clean. I left and found a new hotel. Hair in sink. Bodily fluid stains on sheets towels and walls. Dirt everywhere. Would not recommend staying here unfortunately.
