I don’t suggest you to go to this hotel , it is such a terrible experience and the workers there are very rude , i haven’t even stayed there the moment when i booked it was pay at property and fully refundable then my plans changed and wanted to cancel at this time they tried to charge me basically they are scamming

Listing said there were laundry facilities. This is why we booked this property. We did not have laundry facilities and were provided only directions to the nearest laundromat (4 blocks away). Most laundromats are closed on the weekend, further hampering our situation. This was a frustrating problem for us.
