8.4/10 Very good! (473 reviews)
Second time here this year. It is fabulous for families. Ismail in the Excursions Team is world class and simply the best coordinator of fun, adventures and excitement in and around Marrakech.
One issue they have is that there are too many flies and wasps. Take a leaf out of other hotels and fumigate at night otherwise meals are a battle.

8.4/10 Very good! (1,000 reviews)
Nice hotel overall for the price you pay (budget friendly option), but slightly older/worn out. Large facilities and pool area, restaurants were not anything I would recommend but there are options nearby and only 10 min taxi to central Marrakech. We stayed for 2 nights and was out a lot. Concierge was helpful to organize taxi to Agadir, but I tried calling reception to get an iron and never heard back.
There also was a nightclub nearby playing very high music into the night, bring earplugs!

9/10 Wonderful! (890 reviews)
We had a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Saeed, who treated us like family and made our stay truly special. The riad is also easily accessible by taxi. The only area for improvement is breakfast. We expected a more authentic Moroccan breakfast experience, with traditional dishes and beautiful local presentation. Improving this would make the stay even better. Overall, wonderful hospitality and a memorable experience!
