9/10 Wonderful! (338 reviews)
The hotel benefits from an excellent location just across the street from the Quicentro shopping centre and all of its cafes and restaurants. It is a great spot to start exploring the city and is in a generally safe area. There are security guards outside the property and overall you will find that this is a safe hotel.
The property is a good size, with 136 bedrooms so it is a nice intimate space with about 14 rooms on each floor meaning this is not a bustling and chaotic hotel, which is great.
The rooms are well maintained and the room I stayed in benefitted from a very comfortable king size bed and a great walk in shower.
The hotel is definitely very comfortable and offers a great 24 hour reception.
This is definitely the best hotel in this area of Quito. This remains one of the best overall and I would put this 3rd place overall in the city, just behind the JW Marriott and Swissotel Quito, but this certainly offers a better area to stay than the other two which are not in the best areas.
